  Rude customer service. This is really the place where 5 employees will be standing around while you wait for them to finish their conversation. When a call is made to meeks the employees act like they are really put out to talk on the phone. The West Plains Meeks has been like this for years. As far as a good experience? One time someone actually helped me load lumber with out complaining. But that was just once. Meeks is not the only game in town, they should really step up the customer service!

  The staff is friendly. The hardware selection is good. The prices on most of there items are lower than most of there competitors. The staff is knowledgeable and willing to offer helpful advice.

  Bought cabinets here , had a small issue with the drawer guides , no problem , Tony took care of it ,mailed me the parts no charge , good job Tony ! Yes I will be back , it is a mostly self service lumber yard ,but I don t mind it , myself , when I needed help I got it !
